Return Policy

Upon authorization, you may return unopened purchases received from Pastors.com within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Shipping charges and items damaged in transit are non-refundable.

For shortages, damaged, and defective items:

  • Call Customer Care at 1-800-723-3532 for instructions. There will be no additional charge to replace a damaged or defective product.

To return unopened items:

  • In order for your return to be accepted at the warehouse, please contact Customer Care by telephone at 1-800-723-3532. to request a Return Authorization number (RA) and special return instructions. Returns are subject to approval.
  • You are responsible to pay for the shipping cost of the return. We recommend using a shipping method that you can track, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
  • Please return product in the original packaging, and include a copy of your Packing List in the box.
  • Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for credit processing. Your credit will be refunded in the same method as your payment for that order.

Discontinued products, sale items, DVDs, CDs, and downloadable resources are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Flash drives & downloaded materials/media/files are non-returnable, and will be replaced only if they are not working upon receipt of order.

If you need to cancel your order, please speak to a Customer Care representative at 1-800-723-3532. Orders may be cancelled or modified any time prior to when they are released for processing. Orders are released multiple times a day, so be sure to contact us right away if you want to cancel or change your order.

Returns on Bundles: If a bundle is returned, ALL items in the bundle must be returned (no partial returns). A full refund will be issued only on complete bundle returns.

Clothing size exchange for a bundle: If you ordered a bundle that contains a t-shirt or other clothing, and the size you ordered is incorrect, you can exchange the item for the correct size. Please call us to request an exchange. Shirt/clothing cannot be swapped out for a different design, style or type. Exchange will be for the identical shirt in the bundle purchased. Items must be unworn, unwashed, new condition as determined by us.

Due to unprecedented parcel volumes and service route disruptions experienced by our shipping carriers (FedEx, USPS, etc.), our customers should anticipate parcel delays for the foreseeable future. Thankfully, our internal warehouse operations have not ​been impacted, and orders are being packed/shipped M-F, usually within 1 business day of​ orders being placed.

At this time, our shipping partners are not guaranteeing 1-day, 2-day, 3-day​, or standard ground service delivery times, so please choose your shipping method with that in mind.

Simply said, delivery of your order will most likely be delayed, regardless of which shipping method you ​choose. We are not responsible for these delays and cannot refund shipping costs once your order has been shipped.
