Part 2 of the training series Lessons for Leaders on Vision
One out of every three Americans alive today was born between 1947 and 1964. These 74,000,000 adults now between the ages of 24 and 41 are known as the Baby Boom Generation. In addition to being the largest generation of Americans, they are significantly different in their values, attitudes, and lifestyles from any other generation.
To reach these Baby Boomers will require churches that use Contemporary Approaches to Ministry, Evangelism, and Organization. Pastor Rick identifies 33 characteristics of CAMEO churches.
